A night out dancing does wonders for making life exciting and renewed. This clip from last night was while the band was playing one of my favorite songs - Kiss Me In The Dark by Randy Rogers Band, and I was dancing with one of my favorite partners, a schoolteacher from Jefferson County. You can see why I never drink, so I am can maneuver through the slower dancers, who are sometimes unpredictable, depending on how much they have had to drink. (I make sure to buy a couple of non alcoholic beers though, to keep the place in business, which is now 30 years and doing better than ever. (I have been going there for 29 years).

"I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own, if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, to be realistic, to remember the limitations of being human." ― Oriah Mountain Dreamer

“You have to love dancing to stick to it. It gives you nothing back, no manuscripts to store away, no paintings to show on walls and maybe hang in museums, no poems to be printed and sold, nothing but that single fleeting moment when you feel alive.”― Merce Cunningham
